Regular performance is inevitable for young circus artists, musicians and theatre groups in order to strengthen their skills and to gather professional work experience.

The children of the Fit for Life project did their end of the month January performance on the Shoka Grounds in Mburahati. The audience of around 300 people enjoyed the skills the children demonstrated in acrobatics, juggling, Trapeze, traditional dance and Samba Reggae performances

Mabibo Sahara

The end of the month – performance in May took place at Mabibo Sahara. The local trainers were performing together with 26 children. More than 350 people from the neighbourhood enjoyed the convincing performance, which resulted in eight new interested children asking to join the Babawatoto Centre

About 23 youths and youngsters from Babawatoto Centre joined hands to perform their enhanced skills in various artistic disciplines as acrobatics, trapeze, juggling and Samba Reggae Percussion. Trainers and the training classes in the BWC are encouraging, supporting and motivating youths and children to achieve significant goals in their future. Through the Fit for Life project and the various initiatives they become enabled to improve their skills in performing art and to get access to a Tanzanian creative industry.

The fabulous kids of the Fit for Life EU-Project were performing and amazing the public in the frame of the 8th Open Stage at Goethe-Institut on Friday, Feb 20, 2015 with acrobatic, juggling and Samba Reggae Percussion.

The last public performance of the year 2014 happened in Mburahati Kasulu. More than 400 people watched twenty young six artists (8 girls and 18 boys) perform different circus and music acts. The spectators appreciated the artistic skills of our children very much.

The end of the month of October performance took place at the GINNE GROUND in Mburhati on Saturday Nov 1, 2014, 4-5pm. Over 300 people enjoyed the performances of the Fit for Life beginners and advanced kids in all the circus disciplines.

The first monthly presentation at the Babawatoto Centre, which took place after the Big Wheel International Workshop meeting in June and July was a big success. More than 150 people enjoyed the show with the various skills performed by the young artists.

Mburahati

The Fit for Life children performed on the open ground around Mburahati on Friday, 21.02.2014 with more than 1000 people watching the show! 30 kids and youngster from the Babawatoto centre showed their skills in Samba Reggae percussion, acrobatics, traditional dance and trapeze to an excited audience. This very successful performance closed the first year of the EU funded project Fit for Life.
